The Swaziland Climate Change Programme (SCCP) is a programme being undertaken by the Government of Swaziland as a means of addressing Climate Change issues in the country and as a fulfilment to her commitments to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).The SCCP website offers comprehensive information on the issue of climate change in a way that is accessible and meaningful to all parts of society – communities, individuals, business, states, municipalities and governments.
